    RV Sites include Electric (30 and 50 amp service available), Water/Sewer Hookup, and Garbage Pickup
    (Security Deposit of $300 for Monthly Rates)
    Daily Rate $40
    Weekly Rate $220
    Monthly Rate $650 (This includes $100 Electric/$70 Water)
    Long term/Permanent Monthly Rate $525 plus $300 Deposit (Tenant is required to have Water and Electric on in their name)

    Check in from 11AM to 4PM, Check out is 10AM
    We ask that you inform us 7 days prior to arrival date of any changes or cancellations to your reservations for a full refund (minus a $50 processing fee); otherwise, it is subject to being non refundable.

      For Rent

      Application Fee is $40 per applicant (Non-Refundable)
      The decision to rent to you will depend in great part on your verification of income (3 months verified income is required and total gross household income must be at least 3 times the amount of rent). All leaseholders will be required to complete an application. We require a copy of a current, valid photo ID of anyone requesting to live in household 18 or older. Upon completing the application, you are giving permission for credit check, criminal background check and sex offender list as well. No bankruptcies, evictions, or felony/drug related charges in the last 7 years. Credit Score minimum requirement is 600 or higher. We will NOT rent a home that would exceed more than 2 persons per bedroom.
      If approved payment in full including deposit is required at lease signing. DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS: Credit Score of 700 and above will reqire First MONTH RENT and DEPOSIT same as Rent. Credit Score UNDER 700 will require First and Last MONTH RENT and DEPOSIT same as Rent.
      Deposit is based on your credit score with a minimum deposit being the same as the rent.
      You do not need to apply for multiple homes, even if you are interested in multiple homes please only apply once. Thank you!
