    RV Sites include Electric (30 and 50 amp service available), Water/Sewer Hookup, and Garbage Pickup
    (Security Deposit of $300 for Monthly Rates)
    Daily Rate $40
    Weekly Rate $220
    Monthly Rate $650 (This includes $100 Electric/$70 Water)
    Long term/Permanent Monthly Rate $525 plus $300 Deposit (Tenant is required to have Water and Electric on in their name)

    We ask that you inform us 7 days prior to arrival date of any changes or cancellations to your reservations for a full refund (minus a $50 processing fee); otherwise, it is subject to being non refundable.

      The decision to rent to you will depend in great part on your verification of income (3 months verified income is required and total gross household income must be at least 3 times the amount of rent). All leaseholders will be required to complete an application. We require a copy of a current, valid photo ID of anyone requesting to live in household 18 or older. Upon completing the application, you are giving permission for credit check, criminal background check and sex offender list as well. No bankruptcies, evictions, repossessions, felony charges or drug related charges in the last 7 years. Credit Score minimum requirement is 600 or higher. We will NOT rent a home that would exceed more than 2 persons per bedroom.
      If approved payment in full including deposit is required at lease signing. DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS: Credit Score of 700 and above will reqire First MONTH RENT and DEPOSIT same as Rent. Credit Score UNDER 700 will require First MONTH RENT and DEPOSIT 2x monthly rent.

      Pet Deposit/Monthly Fee Required Per Approved Pet, with exception of Service/Emotional Support Animals. (We use PetScreening to streamline the animal verification process, there is a yearly registration/renewal fee to PetScreening for this digital service that is required for all pets in Masden MHP. No Pet/Animal Profile and Service/Emotional Support Animal Profiles must be completed at no cost to applicant/resident.)
      Maximum number of pets (Non-Service/ESA Animals) is 2 per home. The Non-Refundable Pet Deposit ranges from a Minimum of $150 to a Maximum of $500 per pet plus a monthly pet fee (Ranging from $25 to $100 per month) that is to be determined after PetScreening is complete.
